Series A
Amount needed for production of Cadezy Light: USD 286 000
Time to product launch from day of investment: 6 months
Amount needed for marketing for the period: USD 187 000
Investment needed total: USD 473 000

Series B
Amount needed production of Cadezy Full: USD 1.21 million
Time to product launch from day of launch of Cadezy Light: 6 months
Amount needed for marketing for the period up to breakeven: 1.32 million
Amount to be received in revenues during the period: USD 600 000
Investment needed total: USD 1.93 million

Series A and Series B investments of totally $2.4M will enable us to complete product development, drive sales so that we'll pass breakeven in 2011 and will be able to pay back the invested funds a year after.
